You
can use the power of your unconscious mind to manage
your weight successfully.

orchestrated program to achieve successful fat loss.

After purchasing the Weight Loss Audio Tape,
you will need to follow this program as it is outlined
below:
Step One: See your doctor for
a thorough physical examination. It is extremely important
that you work with your physician to rule out the multitude
of factors that cause weight gain, some of which must
be addressed medically before you can have success at
weight loss.
Step Two: Decide on an eating
plan for fat control that you will be able to commit
to for the rest of your life. You cannot adopt a temporary
"diet" just for weight loss and to which you
will return after you have lost your weight. This results
in "yo-yo dieting" that has proven to fail.

Step Three: Decide on an exercise
program that is achievable for you, even if it involves
walking in circles in your living room for thirty minutes
three times a week. My paper gives some suggestions
about an exercise program if you need it. But remember
that unless you starve yourself (which I don't ever
recommend), you cannot lose weight or fat without exercise.
Step Four: Play the AudioTape.
On Side A you will find an introduction to self-hypnosis,
along with suggestions for control of craving, food
selection, impulse control, hunger management, portion
control and refusal techniques. On Side B you will receive
self-hypnotic suggestions for exercise and general fitness.
You will play the tape every day during the first week,
and then play it periodically on a prescribed schedule
as you progress through program. Please remember that
you may not play this tape while you are driving your
car or in any other situation in which it may become
risky for you to become too drowsy. Arrange to play
the tape when you are in a safe, quiet place and you
may close your eyes and get very relaxed and drowsy.
That is when you will receive the most benefit from
it.

In order to make your weight loss
program even more successful, the following is recommended:
- Reminder Device: You can purchase a watch that will
give you an auditory or pulsing vibrating signal on
an interval that you select. When you experience the
signal, you will be reminded of your goals and the
hypnotic suggestions that you have given yourself.
This is an extremely powerful aid in this program
and it is highly recommended that you purchase a suggestion

(where they are sold as medication reminders). You
can wear them in place of your regular wristwatch,
and you simply set the watch for the time interval
that you would like to be reminded, whether it is
every 15 minutes or every two hours. This is a very
important part of a successful weight control program.
