Dr.

The first segment will help you understand the following:
a) What is fear and why do we have it.
b) What makes an airplane fly. Facts about flight.
c) Who is flying. Facts about pilots.
d) The flying environment: turbulence, etc.
e) Inappropriate methods of coping with fear.
f) Ten strategies for flying comfortably. You can listen
to this segment at anytime or place, even while driving
your car. It is best to listen to it several times until
thoroughly familiar with the material.

The second segment uses training in self-hypnotic relaxation
in order to teach your body and mind to relax deeply
so that you have some direct control over your anxiety
without the use of drugs. You can listen to this segment
only when it is safe to do so. Not while driving a car
or operating machinery or any other situation in which
it would be dangerous for you to become too drowsy.
[3] The third segment
requires you to close your eyes and become deeply relaxed,
so the same restrictions apply as in the second segment.
In this phase you will take an imaginary airplane flight,
creating your own virtual reality. But you will fly
relaxed rather than afraid and tense. This whole program

Important
note: This program is not a substitute for professional
psychological or psychiatric treatment. Some fears are
a result of deep-seated and complex psychological processes
